In The Space You Carry

In The Space You Carry is a catharsis from youth, a shedding of skin. It came at a time of immense change within and a settling into adulthood. It’s about the impermanence of experience and the calmness of letting go. An exploration of love and expectation, change and growth, movement and calm, and holding space for yourself. Special and endless thanks to Lewis Coleman for co-producing it with me, this record grew endlessly with your attention to detail and heartfelt dedication. Thank you to Hudson Whitlock for your dumming prowess and to Henry Jenkins for “turning shit up” and giving it such a richness and depth. Thank you to Bridgette Winten for helping me create the visual world, your aesthetic and eye are to die for. Thanks to Nick Roder for arranging the strings, they melt me constantly. Thanks to The Penny Quartet for breathing new life into the songs, and to Georgia Gamper for singing alongside me. Lastly, thanks to all the wonderful people I have moved with throughout its creation, my dear family, dear friends and beloveds.
