Terms of use

Tickets
Tickets are sold as licences to attend the specific event identified at checkout.
You can resell or pass on your ticket, but not for more than you paid for it, booking fee included. If a ticket is resold for more, the artist may cancel it and the person holding it will be refused entry. The original buyer is then refunded what they paid. In New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia the law does not allow a ticket resold for up to 10% more than it cost to be cancelled, and reselling it for more than that is an offence there.
If you buy a ticket second-hand and it is cancelled, your claim is against the person who sold it to you.
Refunds are provided where required by Australian Consumer Law — including event cancellation, material change to the event (date, venue, headline performer), or where a ticket fails on entry due to an issue at our end. Discretionary refunds outside these grounds are not guaranteed.
At the door
Entry is conditional on presentation of a valid QR-coded ticket and any age- or ID-related conditions printed on the event page. Late entry may be at the venue's discretion. The artist or venue may refuse entry where required for safety, conduct, or licence compliance.
Pricing and surcharges
Prices shown include GST where applicable, and the price you see at checkout is the total you pay. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not add a card surcharge.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest from this site. Don't use it to send spam, phish, or impersonate anyone. If we think an account is in breach we will tell you what the problem is and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before we suspend anything, unless the use is unlawful or is actively harming other people, in which case we may suspend it immediately and explain afterwards.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any ticket purchase is limited to a refund of the amount you paid for that ticket. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantees implied by Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
